Business Description |
| I feel my primary job is to edcuate people about their finances. We start with the simplest most fundamental pieces of their plan--wills and emergency funds-- and work our way up through life insurance strategies, disability insurance strategies, education funding strategies, retirement funding strategies, tax strategies, investment strategies, asset allocation, retirement benefit analysis, long term care, and estate planning. I am not licensed at this time to do all of these tasks (but am progressing), but I am very fortunate to work in conjunction with other professionals with various specialties. We do a fair amount of joint work with each other. I have a deep pool of knowledge that I can access easily as needed.
I think what sets me apart from others is my ability to relay technical financial terms and information in a way that my clients can easily understand. In my former life I was a school teacher so it is in my nature to educate. I also have a strong background in Finance and attended a Masters program for Finance and Financial Planning.
I am able to help anyone reach their financial goals, but I definitely have a strong interest in female owned businesses and families...since that is where I am in my own life as well and I feel like I have a strong understanding of the needs of this group. |
